How the playground handles the hard cases

  • Single card. Controls disable and the card sits centred with its full shadow.
  • Two cards. Looping repeats the pair as a belt so neighbours never jump sides.
  • Many cards. Only about five are drawn. The segment bar jumps to any card.
  • Boundaries. With loop off, Next on the last card nudges the deck and says why.
  • Rapid clicks. Retarget keeps the motion continuous. Lock ignores clicks until settled.
  • Reduced motion. Follows your system setting at load, with a manual switch.
  • Narrow containers. Cards scale with the stage. Resize the window to see it.
  • Input. Arrow keys, 1 to 8 for approaches, click a side card, or drag the stage.
